Well you should have already read that I was first licensed in 1981 and then passed my Morse Test in 1982. I Emigrated to New Zealand in 1988.
A beautiful Country very similar to Cornwall where I'm from.
I then emigrated to Australia in 2006.
Another beautiful country where the weather is very Pedestrian Mobile friendly.
I LOVE RADIO
I love to get on the radio and love to have a chat, and most times a good long chat. I'm not into the Wham Bam Thank You Mam, 59 73's QRZ
I ALSO LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY
I love to take photos.
Mostly of sport, although I do like trying to setup for Headshots.

The picture shows my most common location for transmitting.
My wife has called it Dave's Rock, she always knows where to find me.
I sit on the Rocks approx 5 Metres in and 5 Metres up from the Tasman Sea.
The Salt Water is a perfect low resistance ground, ideal for Vertcal and end fed Antennas. Plus Fresh air, a sea breeze and a beutifull view. All very relaxing.
